Reel Good Training prides itself on operating by the very highest professional and ethical standards. This philosophy influences everything we do, whether in dealing with our clients and suppliers; appointing personnel or running our day-to-day business.

Our quality assurance policy

Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a highly successful feedback system with clients to provide a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:-

  • regular gathering and monitoring of client feedback, both formally and informally;
  • a customer complaints procedure;
  • selection and performance monitoring of freelance personnel against set criteria;
  • guidance and development of our freelance personnel;
  • regular audit of our internal processes;
  • measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims; and
  • reviews of customer feedback and complaints.

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly, are given to all freelance personnel and are made available to them at any time.

Though the business’s partners have ultimate responsibility for quality, all freelance personnel have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that quality is embedded within the whole of the company.

In light of the obligation to report on measures to ensure that all parts of our business and supply chain are slavery free we have reviewed our workplace policies and procedures to assess their effectiveness in identifying and tackling modern slavery issues.

Our workplace policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
